Invoice

Invoices will now have to be requested in the same month as your rental agreement closes.

As of October 3, 2022

For contracts closed between the 1st and the penultimate day of the month, invoice requests will be scheduled within 24 hours.

For contracts that close on the penultimate day, the invoice request will be scheduled to process from the first minute of the last day of the month.

For contracts that close on the last day of the month, the invoice request will be processed immediately.

Contracts closed on the last day of the month between 22:00 and 12:00 will be invoiced as of the following day and will be dated the following month.

In the event that you have made a prepayment and you need a CFDI in advance, you will need to request it prior to the service being provided.
