Invoices will now have to be requested in the same month as your rental agreement closes.
As of October 3, 2022
If the rental ends on the second-to-last day of the month, you will have until the last day of that month to request the invoice and up to 5 business days of the following month.
If the rental ends on the last day of the month, the invoice can be requested immediately and up to 5 business days of the following month.
Otherwise (the rental ends on any other day of the month), the invoice will be available 24 hours after the end of the rental and can be requested within the following 5 calendar days.
